Meet Opie – a New Resident River Otter! Opie is a juvenile male river otter brought to CMA following a dog attack that injured his right eye. Opie has been deemed non-releasable as he has been habituated by humans and no longer has the instincts to survive in the wild. He will be introduced to Walle and Boomer as he acclimates to his new home in Otter Oasis. Help us welcome Opie on your next visit!
